Version 1.1 · Effective date: 1 September 2026

Translations of these Terms into other languages are provided for informational purposes only; in case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern access to and use of the websites consultburo.online, novapolis.club, the consultburo.space platform and related products (Prof.iD, Career DNA, Burnout, ShitCV, Crises, ReNOVAtion, Nova Polis; hereinafter collectively — the "Services"), operated by IE «Konsaltburo» (IIN 910713050390, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan; hereinafter — the "Operator").

1.2. By registering an account, placing an order or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms, the Privacy Policy and (when purchasing) the Public Offer and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services. Where consent to personal data processing is required, it is requested through a separate, non-pre-ticked action.

1.3. Payment relations are governed by the Public Offer; these Terms govern the rules for using the Services.

2. Account and Access

2.1. Some Services require account registration. You undertake to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all actions performed under your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access to info@consultburo.pro.

2.3. An account is personal. Transferring access to third parties, sharing one account between several persons and selling access are prohibited.

2.4. Age restrictions: the Services are intended for persons aged 15 and over. For users aged 15 to 18, registration and participation are carried out with the consent of a legal representative (see the Privacy Policy, section 6).

2.5. The Operator may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of the Terms, at the request of a legal representative of a minor, or as required by law.

3. Rules of Conduct (prohibited)

  • copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling or publicly displaying the materials of the Services (texts, methodologies, test questions, images, Nova Polis game materials) without the Operator's written consent;
  • using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Services and collect data;
  • attempting to bypass payment mechanisms, access restrictions and security rules, or otherwise interfering with the operation of the Services;
  • uploading malicious code, or using the Services to send spam or conduct illegal activities;
  • providing other people's personal data without the consent of its owner;
  • posting in internal chats and forms materials that violate the rights of third parties or the law;
  • impersonating another person or misleading curators, facilitators and other users.

4. User Content

4.1. Materials you create in the Services (reflection texts, résumés, answers to assignments, messages) remain yours. You grant the Operator a limited license to process them solely for the functioning of the Services (storage, display, report generation, curator work).

4.2. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property of the Operator

5.1. The Services and all their materials (including the Prof.iD technology, program structures, and the Nova Polis game mechanics and design) are protected by intellectual property rights. The Terms grant you no rights other than the right of personal use within the functionality of the Services.

6. Processing and Storage of Data of Users from the Republic of Kazakhstan

6.1. For a user assigned to the Kazakhstan data environment in accordance with the Privacy Policy, all personal data processed by the Operator within the Services — including account and authentication data, profile, methodology answers and results, user files, order and payment status information, consent records, technical logs and backups — is processed and stored in Yandex Cloud Kazakhstan on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. For this environment, the Operator does not place Services data in Google Firebase, Google Cloud or any other foreign storage, backup storage or technical log. Full payment details are processed by the payment provider under its own policy and are not stored by the Operator.

6.3. The Operator determines the country/environment before an account is created or a request is saved. When the Republic of Kazakhstan is selected, or the country is changed to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Operator ensures that the Kazakhstan environment is used before any further data processing. Detailed purposes, recipients, retention periods and the consent withdrawal procedure are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Nova Polis Game Sessions

7.1. Participation in a game session implies following the facilitator's instructions and the rules of respectful interaction with other participants.

7.2. During sessions, facilitators record observations and competency assessments. The composition and use of this data are described in the Privacy Policy. For corporate sessions, the procedure for accessing reports is determined by the contract with the corporate customer.

7.3. The Operator may remove a participant from a session for violation of the rules without a refund.

8. Changes to the Services and the Terms

8.1. The Operator may develop and change the Services: update functionality, program content and design. A material degradation of an already paid service is not permitted.

8.2. The Operator may update the Terms by publishing a new version on this page. We additionally notify of material changes on the website or by email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Services are of an educational and game-based nature. The results of methodologies, assessments and reports are informational materials; they are not a medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic service, a diagnosis or professional advice, and do not replace them. For conditions requiring professional help, consult an appropriate specialist.

9.2. The Operator does not guarantee the achievement of any specific career, educational or other results.

9.3. Curators and facilitators do not make decisions on behalf of the user. A decision to change one's professional activity, place of work or study, and its consequences, are the responsibility of the user.

9.4. The Services are provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for failures of third parties (Yandex Cloud, payment providers, messengers, telecom operators, and for users outside the Kazakhstan environment — other providers disclosed in the Policy) or force majeure.

9.5. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service; where use is free of charge, damages are not compensated.

9.6. Nothing in the Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights under the legislation of the user's country of residence.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to the Terms. A pre-trial claim procedure applies: a claim is sent to info@consultburo.pro; the response time is 10 business days. Disputes are resolved in the courts at the Operator's location.
